BENGALURU: Titan Company reported a 52.5% year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 1,091 crore for June quarter, backed by strong performances in jewellery and watches businesses , despite elevated gold prices. The Tata group firm's revenue rose 24% to Rs 16,628 crore in the same period. Sequentially, it rose to about 11% from Rs 15,032 crore in the previous quarter. Its EBIT margins expanded to 11.7% from 9.7% a year ago.
