The first round of the Carabao Cup takes place this week, as does the draw for the second round, which will see Premier League sides enter the fray. Manchester United are among the big names set to enter in round two, after their 15th-placed finish in the top-flight last season.
Ruben Amorim's Red Devils aren't used to playing at this stage of the competition, but after failing to secure any European football last term, they'll be one of 11 Premier League sides who'll enter the tournament in the second round.
First round fixtures are to be completed this week, with clubs from the Championship, League One and League Two in action. With the second round draw due to follow shortly after, Mirror Football brings you all you need to know about it, including the date, timings, and how to watch for free.
