A romantic comedy hailed as 'charmingly entertaining' by viewers has just landed on BBC iPlayer for free viewing.
The 2010 release Tamara Drewe revolves around a quiet Dorset village thrown into chaos by the unexpected return of a stunning journalist.
The capital dweller is actually Tamara Drewe (played by Gemma Arterton), a former local from the fictional hamlet of Ewedown who has since had a nose job, making her completely unrecognisable. She swiftly becomes the centre of attention for several suitors, causing quite a stir along the way.
The stellar ensemble cast features Arterton alongside Dominic Cooper (Mamma Mia!), Luke Evans (The Alienist), Roger Allam (Endeavour) and Tamsin Greig (Black Books), reports Dorset Live.

The movie draws from cartoonist Posy Simmonds' graphic novel of the same title, which itself took inspiration from Thomas Hardy's beloved story, Far From the Madding Crowd.
It currently holds a 65 per cent critics' rating on Rotten Tomatoes, though viewers were more lukewarm, awarding it an average 42 per cent score. Despite not being a massive success upon its initial cinema run, supporters have still deemed it an entertaining experience.
"Tamara Drewe is more a gently comedy with small jokes and drama and not a out right laugh fest as the promotion will want you to believe [sic]," wrote one viewer, whilst another admirer described it as "sexy and contemporary."
A third viewer gushed: "Loved the film. Wasn't expecting this. Nice plot. Nothing complicated. Good acting," whilst a fourth commented: "Movie just focuses on Tamara and her various trysts. Funny. Good cast." Another simply described it as a "nice easy watch."
Those keen to delve into the storyline can now watch it completely free of charge, after it was recently uploaded to BBC iPlayer. However, there are only 26 days remaining to catch the film, which runs for 1 hour 24 minutes.
The BBC's description states: "Comedy drama adapted from a graphic novel. Tamara Drewe (Gemma Arterton) returns to the sleepy Dorset village where she grew up, and a contest for her affections develops."
Tamara Drewe is now streaming free on BBC iPlayer
