The Hebbal Café at Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal is all set to celebrate the iconic dosa with a grand culinary festival, “Namma Dosa Hebba,” from 1st October to 10th October 2025.This unique festival will bring together food lovers, chefs and the community to honour dosa in all its glorious forms from age-old regional favourites to creative and modern renditions. Guests can look forward to indulging in a rich variety of flavours, including Neer Dosa, Davangere Benne Dosa, Chicken Ghee Roast Dosa, Mutton Ghee Roast Dosa, Prawns Ghee Roast Dosa, Mutta Roast Dosa, Chicken Chettinad Dosa, Pizza Dosa and Schezwan Dosa. Each preparation will be crafted by expert chefs, making the humble dosa the star of the dining table.
